On Tuesday, 8/3, we will be deploying infrastructure upgrades beginning at 7:00 AM Eastern. Intermittently throughout the maintenance period, requests to the platform may temporarily fail. If a request does fail, refreshing and making a new request should result in a successful request, and failures should not be persistent.
