We experienced a platform outage from at 11:00-11:30 AM EST this morning. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and are seeing stability across the platform at this time.
Our primary data cache system experienced a failure causing multiple applications to become near-unresponsive. During the time the systems replaced and redirected the requests to that node, the platform experienced a significant lag in responsiveness. No data was lost during this outage.
