We have been monitoring the situation closely, and have not seen additional errors since the spike that occurred earlier. We're continuing to monitor the issue.

We are seeing elevated error rates for Playout video delivery due to an outage at an upstream provider. The Zype team is monitoring the situation and taking steps to mitigate the impact.
