Next Monday, 10/25, at 10:00 AM Eastern, we will be rolling out enhanced security features to our VOD manifest service. This provides additional security checks on manifest URLs requested by Zype players. There is no downtime expected during this maintenance period.
If you are requesting Zype's VOD manifests directly, you may need to make updates to your implementation. We have documentation in our help center on how to properly request a video player and retrieve a manifest for proper playback:
