Following up from phase one of the platform database upgrade on Monday, we will be completing phase two tomorrow morning into tomorrow afternoon. The first switchover will occur at 7:15 am EST, and the second at 2:30 pm EST.
Similar to phase one, there is the potential that requests made to the API, platform and player fail at the moment the switchover to the upgraded database takes place. If you do experience a failed request, a simple refresh of the page should result in a successful request.
