This notice is to inform you that on Monday, 3/25, we will be completing phase one of a three-phase platform database upgrade. The upgrade on Monday will begin at 2:30 pm EST and is estimated to take only a few minutes.

As part of the upgrade, there is the potential that requests made to the API, platform and player fail at the moment the switchover to the upgraded database takes place. If you do experience a failed request, a simple refresh of the page should result in a successful request.

The second and third phases of this upgrade are tentatively scheduled for the following dates:
- Wednesday, 4/03/2019
- Thursday, 4/11/2019
