At approximately 6:00pm ET on July 31, 2017 we experienced a brief disruption of our API services, during which time some viewers may have experienced a player error when requesting videos. This disruption was limited to OTT and mobile app player APIs and did not impact desktop or mobile web playback.
Our team quickly identified root cause of the issue related to a product update deployed minutes prior, and implemented an update shortly after to restore API services. As of 6:45pm ET all services are 100% operational and back to normal.
